the farm organically grows almost every type of fruit tree native to belize, a small variety of vegetables, herbs & too many flowers. the ecofarm currently harvests a lot of soursop, custard apple, malay apple, cashew, plantains, mango, papaya, pineapple, lemongrass, habanero pepper & sugar cane.

where can I see the plant catalog for the ecofarm?

you can’t. not until the dispute over it ends. (hunt for a copy if you dare.)

how long does it take to build a food forest?

decades, apparently. especially if you aren’t brutal with cutting native trees & late to the game with actively fertilizing.
